Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This refund policy applies to professional service fees paid to ApplyRERA (applyrera.com). It does not apply to government registration fees paid directly to state RERA authority portals, which are non-refundable by nature.

2. Government Fees — Non-Refundable

Government registration fees paid directly to TNRERA, MahaRERA, K-RERA, RERA Delhi, or any other state RERA authority are paid to the government and are entirely non-refundable. ApplyRERA has no control over and cannot process refunds for government fees.

3. ApplyRERA Service Fee — Refund Eligibility

Our professional service fees are refundable or partially refundable under the following circumstances:

• Full refund: If ApplyRERA is unable to initiate the filing process due to reasons on our end, a full refund of the service fee will be issued.
• Partial refund: If you choose to discontinue the service after we have commenced work (document review, preparation, or drafting), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.
• No refund: No refund will be issued once the application has been submitted to the state RERA authority portal.

4. Application Rejection

If your RERA application is rejected by the state authority due to document deficiency, incorrect information provided by the client, or decisions of the RERA authority, ApplyRERA service fees are not refundable. However, we will assist you in rectifying and resubmitting the application at a concessional fee.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment at info@applyrera.com with your name, mobile number, and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Changes to This Policy

ApplyRERA reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
