ApplyRERA (applyrera.com) is a private consultancy that assists real estate brokers and agents with RERA registration, renewal, and compliance filings. ApplyRERA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any government RERA authority.

2. Services Provided

ApplyRERA provides the following services:

• RERA agent and broker registration assistance
• RERA project registration assistance
• RERA agent renewal filing
• Post-registration compliance services including quarterly and annual filings
• Document preparation and affidavit drafting

3. Service Fees

Our professional service fees are as displayed on the website at the time of engagement. Service fees are separate from and in addition to government registration fees, which are paid directly to the respective state RERA authority portal by the client.

Fees are subject to change. The fee applicable to your engagement is the fee confirmed at the time of your booking or agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging ApplyRERA, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documents and information as required
• Submit documents within the agreed timelines
• Pay government fees directly to the respective RERA authority portal as applicable
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your information

ApplyRERA shall not be liable for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late submission of documents by the client.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

ApplyRERA provides assistance with the preparation and filing of RERA registration applications. Approval of any application is at the sole discretion of the respective state RERA authority. ApplyRERA does not guarantee approval of any application.

6. Limitation of Liability

ApplyRERA's liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the professional fee paid by the client for that specific service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ApplyRERA website including text, design, logos, and graphics is the intellectual property of ApplyRERA and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
